Means of Support

Remote desktop support does not require installation or administrative rights. All you have to do is to download, start and afford remote support.

Although we are always ready to help, we consider that the client is the one who is going to carry the biggest burden of diagnostics of a problem and deciding upon its solving. Therefore, we provide you with various of trainings which are based on practical examples.

Our support enables you to learn new things as well as to improve your acquirements and abilities.

We develop model of whole machine and 3D visualization and we emulate whole hardware using Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL). Matlab/Simulink, SIMIT and WinMod in real time simulation for industrial processes. Emulation includes complete hardware (I/O, frequency converters with or without PLC) and the emulation is done on the SIEMENS SimbaBox.

 

MIKA Engineering can provide you with making of technical documentation, production and delivery of electrical equipment and electrical cabinets by using the latest software tool, EPLAN. In our portfolio we have projects among which we have delivered equipment and electrical documentation on low voltage of up to 4 MW.

Among our projects we deliver all necessary equipment from instrumentation to control drives (PLC, DCS), along with unregulated (MCC) and regulated electromotive drives.

 

Detailed visualization of whole factory/machine includes machine examination, alarms generation, equipment diagnostics, production recipes, actuator status and other information depending on customer’s request. Software that we use for development of SCADA systems and Touch Panel visualization are: WinCC Classic/Flexible, TIA Portal WinCC Advanced/Professional, FactoryTalk View ME/SE, InTouch Wonderware and Mitsubishi MAPS.

We can help you with planning and making a new installation or with improving your existing system. We use SIEMENS, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Bachmann, Beckhoff, Phoenix Contract and other equipment. Besides that, combining different manufacturers’ products is our specialty.

We are very proud of our knowledge of the old systems such as SIEMENS Step5, Graph 5, SIMOVERT VC and MC, DC drives SIMOREG, Micromaster, SIMODRIVE, Rockwell PLC5, RS View ME/SE.

For precise control and the ultra-fast response, we use motion control applications on SIMOTION, Siemens Technology PLC, Control Logix, Bachmann, Mitsubishi Q-Motion platforms.
